Shipping Timeframes:

For Hand-Painted and Hand-Crafted Items: Our typical order processing to dispatch timeframe ranges from 12 to 15 working days. These items are crafted with the utmost care and personalized to your specifications.
For Ready-made Items: Orders for our ready-made products are usually dispatched within 3 to 5 working days.

Delivery Estimates:

Within India: Once dispatched, our shipping partner typically delivers within 8 to 10 working days for all orders.
International Shipping: For orders shipped outside of India, please allow an additional 12 to 15 days on top of the domestic delivery time.

Estimated Total Delivery Time:

Hand-Painted and Hand-Crafted Products: For deliveries within India, the total order-to-delivery cycle is estimated at 15 to 18 working days. For international deliveries, the total cycle extends to approximately 21 to 24 working days.
Ready-made Products: Expect a total order-to-delivery cycle of 8 to 10 working days within India and 12 to 15 working days for international orders.

Mixed Orders: If your order includes a mix of hand-painted and ready-made products and the destination is outside India, the delivery timeframe will align with that of hand-painted products. For domestic orders, items may be shipped separately as they become available.

Please Note: While we strive to meet these timelines, the delivery of hand-painted and handmade products may extend beyond the estimated timeframe due to unforeseen circumstances.
